I always alternate between cooking meat and fish dishes. Thanks to this, the menu becomes varied, and we get the necessary vitamins. Of course, you can hardly cook salmon in everyday life, but on holidays it is just what you need!
It is necessary
- - 0.5 kg salmon fillet;
- - 100 ml of soy sauce;
- - 1 sg, l. honey;
- - 1 large lemon;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 0.5 ginger root;
- - 2 red onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the lemon through a meat grinder and mix with soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l. water, honey, finely chopped garlic and finely grated ginger. Heat over low heat until hot, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the onion into rings and mix with the marinade. Cut the salmon fillet into portions, pour marinade with onions and leave to marinate for an hour or two. We take out the fish from the marinade and fry in a pan or grill on both sides.
Step 3
Then pour the onion and marinade into the pan and evaporate until the onion is soft. When serving, spread this onion over the salmon.
