A simple salad recipe with salmon and red caviar
The classic combination of lightly salted red fish and citrus fruits is not only tasty, but also healthy. The content of omega-3 fatty acids with vitamin C will be appreciated by your body.
Ingredients:
- slightly salted salmon fillet - 150 g;
- hard cheese - 40 g;
- olives - 80 g;
- egg - 5 pcs.;
- red caviar - 40 g;
- orange - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise - 120 g;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Why olives and not olives? In order to emphasize the delicate taste of the fish, sourness is needed. Black olives are unleavened, but green olives are just fine.
Cooking festive salmon salad
Separate the fish fillet from the skin and cut into medium cubes of about 1.5x1.5 cm. If you plan to decorate the dish, first separate two slices from the whole piece. Fold in the form of a step and roll to form a "rose".
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Take a jar of olives, strain the brine. Slice the olives into 4mm rings.
Wash eggs with baking soda and cook in salted water. The salt will help keep the shell intact. After 10 minutes, cool, peel, separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the whites on a coarse grater and mix with one tablespoon of mayonnaise, mash the yolk with a fork in a separate plate.
Wash the orange with warm water, peel, divide into components. Remove the films and cut into cubes.
The sequence of layers in the "Pearl" salad with salmon
The salad is collected in a pyramid, each next layer is 1, 5 cm less than the previous one in diameter. Each second layer is salt and pepper, grease with mayonnaise:
- 50% of the mass from protein and mayonnaise.
- Yolk.
- 50% salmon.
- Olives
- The remaining 50% of the salmon
- Cheese.
- Oranges.
- A mass of protein and mayonnaise.
- Red caviar.
- A fish rose is placed in the center of the composition and framed with parsley leaves.
