  • - 2 eggs
  • - 350 g granulated sugar
  • - 1 bag of vanillin
  • - 250 ml of kefir or yogurt
  • - 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • - 2 tsp baking powder
  • - 500 g flour
  • - 1 tbsp. l. rum or cognac
  • - 8 pcs marshmallows in chocolate
  • - 100 g butter
  • - 1 tsp instant coffee
  • - 50 ml of milk

Instructions

Step 1

Make a dough. Whisk together granulated sugar, vanillin and eggs. Pour in sour cream and kefir in a thin stream, then add rum and whisk. Add flour and baking powder, beat well again.

Step 2

Cut the chocolate-covered marshmallows into small pieces. Add the marshmallow pieces to the dough and mix well until smooth.

Step 3

Cover the baking dish with parchment and brush with vegetable oil, pour in the dough and spread evenly over the surface. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Check readiness with a knife. Remove the biscuit from the oven and cool. Then flip onto a platter.

Step 4

Make a coffee-chocolate-marshmallow frosting. Dissolve coffee in hot milk. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add 100 g of granulated sugar and pour in the milk and coffee, stir until smooth. Then add three chocolate covered marshmallows and cook until the marshmallows are completely dissolved. When the marshmallow is completely dissolved, boil the frosting for another 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 5

Cover the cake with icing and sprinkle with pearl beads.
