Another, quite interesting, but simple way of cooking rice, which will especially appeal to all lovers of oriental cuisine. Maybe a side dish, and a very complete dish!
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 120 g of long grain rice;
- - 2 large eggs;
- - 1 medium carrot;
- - 0.5 heads of Chinese cabbage;
- - 2 tsp soy sauce;
- - pepper to taste;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and boil it in water, the ratio of 2 parts of water to 1 part of rice. Our task: to get a crumbly porridge.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a medium grater, or even better on a Korean carrot grater. Break the eggs into a separate container, add soy sauce and pepper to taste. Beat thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Step 3
Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Pour the egg mixture into it and fry, stirring constantly. Then add rice, mix. Add vegetables and keep on fire, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
