Instructions
Step 1
Recipe 1. "Chinese fried rice". Rinse the rice well, so that the water that flows from it becomes transparent. Place the rice in a saucepan and add water so that it covers 4cm of the rice. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cook the rice for about 20 minutes. The rice flakes should be crumbly. Turn off the heat and cool the rice.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into small squares. Fry it in a pan until golden brown. Place in a separate plate. Chop the ginger and garlic, chop the onion in half rings, add the barberry. Fry everything in the fat left after frying the bacon.
Step 3
Beat eggs a little and pour into a frying pan. Stirring continuously, fry the entire contents. You should get a crumbly omelette. Add frozen peas to it and mix everything again. Keep on fire for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Put the prepared rice into the resulting mass. Stir well and keep on fire until it warms up. Then add seared bacon, salt and seasonings to your liking for a perfect side dish for meat and fish dishes. Delicate, crumbly and delicious.
Step 5
Recipe 2. "Fried rice with pork." Cut the pork into small pieces and fry until golden brown, then put on a plate.
Step 6
Rinse the rice thoroughly in running water and let the water drain. Pour oil into a saucepan or cauldron and heat well. Put the rice in a preheated dish, reduce the heat slightly and fry without stopping stirring. The rice should first turn white (no longer transparent), then turn yellowish-golden. Each grain will be coated with oil. Season with salt and spices, stir and keep on fire for a couple of minutes, add water and bring to a boil. The water should be exactly twice the amount of rice.
Step 7
Do not cover the pot until almost all the water has evaporated. Add overcooked pork and stir well. Then reduce heat to low, close the lid and let sit for 25 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let stand for another 10 minutes, only then open the lid and loosen before serving. The rice is delicious. Bon appetit!
