You will need:
- 1 tbsp. rice;
- 250 g of chicken meat;
- 150 g green peas;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 egg;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. spoons of soy sauce;
- salt to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
For this dish, it is better to take long-grain rice varieties. Ideal for basmati, jasmine.
You can use meat from any part of the chicken. Both thigh pulp and breast are suitable. Chicken can be replaced with turkey if desired.
Fresh or frozen peas are good for this dish. It is undesirable to use canned food, because in the process of frying it risks turning into "porridge". And in this dish it is important to feel it.

Step by step cooking
First step
Boil rice until tender. Long-grain varieties usually take no more than 25 minutes to do this. It is important not to overcook the rice, it should be crumbly in this dish. To do this, pre-rinse it in several waters.
Second step
Prepare meat and vegetables. Cut the carrots into cubes and finely chop the onions. Cut the meat into cubes.
Third step
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the meat. Once it's cooked, take it out and put carrots, onions and green peas in the same oil. Season with salt to taste and grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then cover the skillet with a lid and sweat the vegetables until soft.

Squeeze the garlic clove through a press and add it to the vegetables.

Crack the egg into a bowl and beat, but not hard. Slide the vegetables in the skillet to one side and pour the beaten egg into the empty space. After that, it is important to mix it quickly, cutting it into small pieces.

Stir the vegetables with the egg, add meat, rice and soy sauce to the pan. Fry the dish for another 6-8 minutes, stir occasionally. Otherwise, the rice will not brown and will not be saturated with the piquant aroma that the union of vegetables, chicken and soy sauce gives.
