- processed cheese 180 g
-a glass of unflavored yogurt
- a tablespoon of lemon juice
- fresh or dried dill
- macaroni "shell" 250 g
- green peas, frozen - 300 g
-canned salmon without liquid - 400 g
First, put a pot of water on the fire. No fire, put it on the hot plate. The main thing is for the water to boil. It will not work in another way, do not even dream.
If the process has begun with boiling water, then you should start preparing the sauce. The easiest way is to use a food processor. Almost every housewife now has it. How did people do without such a handy thing before? Boggles the mind! In a food processor, beat the processed cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and a quarter teaspoon of ground pepper. Lemon zest can also be added if desired. If the cheese was in the refrigerator, then it makes sense to reheat it. This can be done in the microwave. It will take literally one minute. The main thing to remember is that you cannot defrost cheese in foil.
The water is probably already boiling. This is the state when it boils and bubbles in a saucepan. Salt water boils faster. Pasta can be poured into boiling water and cook while stirring. The process is very interesting and exciting. When the water boils again, the shells begin to float in the pot. By stirring with a spoon, you can set this movement to the speed of your choice. They must not be allowed to gather in a heap and stick together! Pasta is usually boiled for 10 minutes, but it is better to read on the package. So it will be more reliable.
Frozen peas can be defrosted beforehand. But you can go the other way. Just pour the peas into a colander. When the pasta is cooked, then pouring the water into a colander with peas, you will do two things at once. Drain the pasta and defrost the peas!
Now comes the hardest part! It is necessary to mix everything carefully. It is advisable not to mash the canned salmon too much. There should be pieces left. The sauce should also be added gradually. The appearance of the dish will depend on how you mix everything. Dill can be added separately to each plate. Although if you mix it with the sauce in a food processor, it will work out fine too.
