An original and contented simple dish - seashells with seafood. I stuffed the shells with salmon and shrimp. It turned out very tasty. The recipe is very simple, every hostess can handle it. The dish is suitable for lunch and dinner.

It is necessary

  • 25 king prawns,
  • 1 pack of large seashells
  • 3 stalks of celery,
  • a small bunch of parsley
  • a little dill (optional),
  • a bunch of chives,
  • a glass of cream (preferably low-fat),
  • 250 grams of any hard cheese
  • 50 grams of olive or vegetable oil
  • a jar of canned salmon,
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • some salt and ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour water into a saucepan, add a little salt and add two teaspoons of olive or ordinary vegetable oil. This trick will prevent the shells from sticking together during cooking. After boiling, add shells to the pan and boil until half cooked. Drain the water from the boiled shells, leave it aside.

Step 2

Shred three celery stalks (the smaller the better), a bunch of onion chives, parsley (you can add a little dill and cilantro) and garlic cloves.

Put chopped vegetables together with herbs in a preheated pan (with the addition of olive oil). Fry over medium heat for five minutes (make sure not to burn).

Step 3

Put the salmon in a bowl and chop with a fork.

Boil the shrimp in salted water. Chop finely.

Add chopped salmon and shrimp to vegetables. Simmer for five minutes under the lid. Pepper to taste.

Step 4

Grease the baking dish with oil.

We spread the stuffed shells into the mold.

Step 5

Three cheese on a medium grater and mix it with cream. Fill with the resulting creamy shell mass.

Step 6

Cover the form with shells with foil.

We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake the shells for about 20 minutes.

We take out the form with shells, remove the foil and set to bake for another ten minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce. Enjoyable and tasty moments.
