Everyone knows that julienne is usually served in small cocotte bowls. And what if you buy large shells (conchiglioni) and serve delicious julienne in them!
It is necessary
- - conciglioni, 1 pack;
- - chicken breast;
- - one onion;
- - champignons, 400 g;
- - hard cheese, 100 g;
- - sour cream, 3 spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the filling. Cut chicken, onion, mushrooms into thin strips. Fry the onions in vegetable or olive oil until transparent, add meat, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Fry together until all moisture evaporates from the mushrooms, then add sour cream, simmer together for five minutes. So we got a delicious filling.
Step 2
Now boil the shells, discard in a colander, let cool. Take it with a spoon and stuff each large shell, covering it with grated cheese.
Step 3
If you want brown shells, put them in the oven for a couple of minutes. So julienne is ready in large shells, it remains to wish you bon appetit!
