Cake "Tutti-frutti" is a real fruit and berry holiday for your family. The airy delicacy will appeal not only to children, but also to adults. The cake is perfect for a festive event.

- - 1st stage cream;
- - 700 ml. yogurt;
- - 150 g of corn flakes;
- - 120 g butter;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 2 bananas;
- - 2-3 oranges;
- - 200 g of canned apricots;
- - 200 g of strawberries;
- - 1, 5 cups orange juice;
- - 1 tbsp. gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Place special baking paper on the bottom of the baking dish. Combine butter with cornflakes. Place the mixture in a baking dish and flatten. Put it in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Separate the apricots from the juice. Pour 1 glass of juice, heat, add sugar. Peel bananas and oranges. Cut the bananas into thin slices, divide the oranges into wedges.
Step 3
Pour gelatin with warm water, let stand to swell, dilute in apricot syrup and cool. Whisk in the cream and add to the jelly mixture.
Step 4
Cover the flake crust with the jelly-like cream. Spread canned apricots, strawberries and oranges evenly on top of the crust. Place banana slices in the middle. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Step 5
Heat the remaining gelatin, dissolve it in orange juice, pour over the fruit. Send the cake back to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
