It is necessary

  • -350 g pasta
  • -3 tbsp olive oil
  • -1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • -50 g parmesan
  • - 2 pcs. portobello mushrooms (can be replaced with ordinary mushrooms)
  • - parsley, thyme, garlic, pepper, salt

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200-210 degrees, line a baking sheet with foil and lightly brush it with olive oil. Put the mushroom caps on it, sprinkle them lightly with oil and wine vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Turn the caps upside down and simmer in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 2

At this time, boil enough water, lightly salt it and cook the paste. Follow the cooking times indicated on the pasta package. After draining the water, leave a little broth for later. Remove the prepared mushrooms from the oven and chop into medium slices.

Step 3

Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan, heat it and add garlic and thyme, simmer for a few minutes until the garlic is soft. Then add chopped mushrooms, pasta and chopped parsley and simmer a little. For piquancy, sprinkle the finished pasta with vinegar and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
