  • - 300 g spinach,
  • - 50 ml of white wine,
  • - Parmesan cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

First, clean the Portobello mushrooms with a rag. Remove the legs carefully. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

We clean the spinach, wash it under running water and dry it.
