A novelty in the combination of flavors: large mushroom caps and the healthiest spinach. The dish improves eyesight, strengthens the heart, and is great for pregnant women.
It is necessary
- - 4 packs of Portobello mushrooms,
- - 3 tbsp. olive oil,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - salt to taste,
- - black pepper,
- - 300 g spinach,
- - 50 ml of white wine,
- - Parmesan cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
First, clean the Portobello mushrooms with a rag. Remove the legs carefully. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Step 2
We clean the spinach, wash it under running water and dry it.

We heat 2 tablespoons. olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the Portobello mushrooms on both sides for 5 minutes. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Place the Portobello mushrooms, open side up, in a baking dish.
Step 4
Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Fry the garlic a little, add spinach to it and fill it with wine. Simmer the dish until the spinach is soft. Season with salt and pepper at the end.
Step 5
Fill the mushrooms with Portobella with spinach.
Step 6
Rub Parmesan cheese on top. We bake our dish in a preheated oven at 180 ° C. We bake for 10-15 minutes.
