It is necessary

  • - jumbo shells - 30 pieces;
  • - ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, frozen spinach, mozzarella - 200 grams each;
  • - marinara sauce - 2 glasses;
  • - Parmesan - 100 grams;
  • - pepper, salt, basil.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Combine the spinach, ricotta, cottage cheese, pepper and salt in a bowl until smooth. Stuff ready-made shells with it (prepare them according to the instructions on the package).

Step 2

Pour the marinara sauce into a baking dish. Lightly "drown" the shells stuffed with curd-spinach mass in the sauce. Place a spoonful of sauce on top of each shell. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Step 3

Bake the shells for 20 minutes, then place the dish on the topmost shelf, bake for another 5 minutes to brown the cheese. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil.
