  • - strawberry puree, white chocolate - 70 g each;
  • - cream of 33% fat content - 50 ml;
  • - sugar - 50 g;
  • - four egg whites;
  • - food pink dye - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Instructions

Step 1

For the filling, heat the cream, melt the white chocolate in it, add the strawberries. Bring to a boil, pour into a deep container, refrigerate, cover with cling film, refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the icing sugar and almond powder. Pour on a baking sheet, leave in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 2 minutes to dry the powder. Sift through a small sieve.

Beat whites, add sugar. Add the almond-sugar mixture with a spatula, mix until viscous.
