It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - icing sugar - 220 g;
- - almond powder - 110 g;
- - strawberry puree, white chocolate - 70 g each;
- - cream of 33% fat content - 50 ml;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - four egg whites;
- - food pink dye - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Step 1
For the filling, heat the cream, melt the white chocolate in it, add the strawberries. Bring to a boil, pour into a deep container, refrigerate, cover with cling film, refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the icing sugar and almond powder. Pour on a baking sheet, leave in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 2 minutes to dry the powder. Sift through a small sieve.
Step 3
Beat whites, add sugar. Add the almond-sugar mixture with a spatula, mix until viscous.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, squeeze the same circles through a pastry bag. Leave for 30 minutes in an oven cooled to 50 degrees. Then bake for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.
Step 5
