It is necessary

  • - strawberries - 0.5 kg;
  • - vodka - 200 ml;
  • - water 100 ml;
  • - granulated sugar - 200 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Since the strawberry liqueur for this recipe will have to be boiled, prepare a small saucepan and put the strawberries in it. Cover the berries with granulated sugar.

Step 2

Pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan. This is required so that the pan with strawberries can be immediately put on the fire, because the berry will not immediately release the required amount of juice.

Step 3

Place the pot on the stove. The fire should be as high as possible. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a simmer and reduce the temperature. Simmer the berries over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 4

When all the water from the pan has evaporated and only the berries remain in their own juice, add 200 ml of vodka to the pan and thoroughly mash the berries using a whisk or fork.

Step 5

As soon as the liquor in the saucepan thickens, remove it from the heat, cover with a lid and let the drink brew for about a day. After this time, strain the liquor through a sieve. The strawberries remaining after straining can be further used for making desserts. Put the finished liquor in the refrigerator.
