To make homemade cream liqueur for 4 persons, you will need 200 g of vodka, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, and a can of condensed milk. Also prepare a ready-made chocolate cocktail "Miracle" ("Miracle chocolate") - 2 small packages, a packet of vanilla sugar.

The cocktail is prepared quickly, infused for about half an hour. The prepared ingredients are mixed in a separate bowl using a mixer (preferably using a blender). Put the mixture to infuse - it is better if the liquor is prepared two hours before use. If the drink turns out to be too thin, add a little starch to it to achieve a consistency like real butter liqueur.

Caramel liqueur

Condensed milk can also be used to make a soft-tasting caramel liqueur. The prepared drink is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for about two months.

For 10 servings, you will need a can of boiled condensed milk (400 g) and 100 ml of dark rum. You can cook condensed milk yourself - for this, put a jar with a previously removed wrapper in a saucepan of water, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 4 hours, adding water as it evaporates. When the condensed milk is cooked, the jar should be cooled.

Open a jar of cooled condensed milk and put the contents in a bowl. Using a whisk, stir in the rum until the mixture is homogeneous, pour into the bottle and close with the stopper. The bottle can be refrigerated and stored there for several weeks, or consumed after refrigeration.
