"Baileys" is a cream liqueur originally from Ireland, which contains cream and Irish whiskey, the strength of this drink is about 17 degrees. Baileys is considered one of the best and most inexpensive liqueurs that can be easily prepared at home.

It is necessary

  • - 4 egg yolks;
  • - 1 can of condensed milk;
  • - 0.4 l. cream (20%);
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of vanilla sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of instant coffee;
  • - 0.5 liters of good vodka.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the proteins and mix them thoroughly with condensed milk using a mixer. Add instant coffee and vanilla sugar to the resulting mixture, beat the entire contents until smooth. Then gradually add the cream, without stopping whipping.

Step 2

Pour the prepared mixture into the multicooker bowl and cook it for 20 minutes in the "Porridge" mode. After finishing cooking, open the lid of the multicooker and let the mixture cool down a little, then pour it into a separate bowl and add the required amount of vodka.

Step 3

Pour the finished liquor into a bottle and let it brew a little in a warm place, after which we put the liquor in the refrigerator.

Step 4

The prepared liqueur does not deteriorate and does not lose its taste during long-term storage. The volume of the finished product is almost 1.2 liters, while the cost of 0.7 liters of Baileys liqueur costs from 700 rubles. At the same time, the taste of homemade liqueur is no different from the original "Baileys" bought in the store.
