Fish must be included in the diet of a healthy person. Zander is a great choice. It does not require you to use exquisite ingredients in order to prepare a tasty and healthy dish.
Recipe number 1
This recipe for fried pike perch is very simple, but the fish is juicy, tender and soft.
You will need: 1 kilogram of pike perch fillet, 3 heads of garlic, 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of salt, a little black pepper, 1, 5 cups of flour, 4 eggs and a little vegetable oil.
Cut the pike perch fillet into medium pieces.
Take up the preparation of the marinade: for this, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic, squeezed out using a press. Stir the marinade with pieces of fish fillet and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Prepare the batter in which you will fry the zander. In one bowl, combine eggs, a little salt and pepper and beat the mixture well. Pour flour into another plate.
When the fish is marinated, you can start frying it. Dip the fillet pieces in batter, then in flour and place in a preheated pan with a little oil. Cook over low heat, otherwise there is a risk that the fish will burn.

This option for cooking pike perch is even easier. For this recipe, prepare the following ingredients: 300 grams of pike perch fillet, 2 onions, salt and pepper to taste, a little vegetable oil for frying, a little flour.
Cut the pike perch fillets into small portions and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of each. Then roll the fish pieces in a little flour.
Cut the onion into medium rings and also roll in flour.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan and wait for the pan to warm up well.
Lay out the pike perch and fry on one side first. Without turning, put the onion in the pan and wait until it is browned. Turn the fillet pieces over and fry until the fish is golden brown.
Serve with onions and herbs.

The third option for cooking fried pike perch is rather unusual and spicy. Lovers of ginger and cinnamon will love it.
You will need: 900 grams of pike perch fillet, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 4-5 green onions, a little salt, a mixture of peppers or just black pepper, a little vegetable oil.
Chop green onions finely.
Prepare the marinade: Combine soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water, ginger, cinnamon, finely chopped green onions, juice of half a lemon, a little salt and pepper.
Cut the pike perch into small pieces, marinate and leave for about an hour.
After the fish is marinated, you can fry it in a lot of vegetable oil. Choose medium fire.
After the fillet pieces are golden brown, place them on a paper napkin to drain off the fat, after which the dish will be ready.
