To prepare a flavored drink, you will need the following components:

  1. plain black tea (2 spoons of tea leaves or 2 sachets);
  2. milk (glass);
  3. water (400-450 ml);
  4. natural honey, however, it is better not to use buckwheat honey, it will make the drink too bitter (2-3 small spoons);
  5. spices and herbs: cinnamon, anise, cloves; the amount is calculated with an emphasis on personal taste preferences;
  6. cane sugar optional.

The process of making spiced milk tea is very simple. The water must be brought to a boil and then cooled slightly. Put the tea, spices and herbs in a teapot or French press. Then slightly heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil at all, add honey to it. Then pour tea and spices with water, milk and let it brew / brew for half an hour. Sugar can be added to the resulting drink before use if it seems too tart or bitter.

A simple spicy tea recipe

This recipe will require the following ingredients:

  • pomegranate juice (glass);
  • lemon juice (slightly less than half a glass);
  • water (7-10 glasses);
  • granulated sugar (glass);
  • black tea (4-5 spoons or 4 sachets);
  • a little ginger and cinnamon (the amount is determined by taste);
  • cloves or anise (3 pieces);
  • a few rings of lemon or orange.

How to make spiced tea:

  1. pour water into a large saucepan, add sugar, spices and spices, crumble ginger; mix everything well and leave to boil; granulated sugar must completely dissolve in boiling water;
  2. add lemon juice, pomegranate juice to a hot drink; mix everything again, cover with a lid, turn off the stove and let it brew for 10-15 minutes;
  3. remove the pan from the stove, add black tea; cover again and leave to steep for 20-30 minutes.

Strain well before using this herb tea. For taste and additional aroma, you can add prepared citrus rings to the drink itself.

Cinnamon spice tea

The following ingredients are required for cooking:

  • black tea (3 spoons or 3 sachets);
  • water (4 glasses);
  • cinnamon sticks (a couple of pieces);
  • dried thyme or oregano (2 small spoons);
  • anise or cloves (to taste);
  • orange or lemon;
  • ground nutmeg (3-4 small pinches).

Drink preparation process:

  1. pour tea and all available spices / spices into a kettle or a French press, pour hot boiling water and stir;
  2. pour nutmeg into the existing mixture, you do not need to stir it; Cover the kettle with a lid and leave the drink to infuse for 15-20 minutes;
  3. when the spicy cinnamon tea is sufficiently brewed, add lemon or orange to it; citrus can be cut into pieces or wedges, it is also permissible to squeeze juice into tea.

If the drink tastes too sour or too spicy, you can mix flower honey or a little sugar into it.
