An interesting fish pie with pangasius, good both hot and cold. Pangasius fillet is used for preparing first and second courses, appetizers, salads, etc. It is believed that the exceptional benefits of pangasius for people who suffer from diseases of the cardiovascular system, as well as the gastrointestinal tract.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of pangasius;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of rice;
- - 4 things. onions;
- - 2 pcs. eggs;
- - 30 g of pressed yeast;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 glass of flour;
- - 1 lemon;
- - parsley and dill;
- - vegetable oil 150-200 ml;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the fish, cut into fillets, chop, salt. Cook until tender in salted water. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Mix rice with fried onions.
Step 2
Mix yeast with sugar, 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil 1/4 cup warm water. Slowly pour flour through a sieve, knead the dough well and refrigerate for 1 hour. After the chilled dough, roll out into a rectangular shape and place on a baking sheet greased in advance.
Step 3
Spread out a layer of rice and onions. Distribute the pieces of fish. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pour evenly over the fish.
Bake until golden brown at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot, garnish and drizzle with lemon juice.
