Step 1

Wash the potatoes, peel and cook. Reduce the heat when boiling.

While the potatoes are boiling, you can prepare the filling for the future pie. Wash the pepper, cut into thin slices, removing the seeds. Finely chop the peeled onion too.

Fry the peppers and onions in oil until tender. Put the finished vegetables on a plate.
