  • - flour - 200 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - salt.
  • For filling:
  • - pork - 500 g;
  • - Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs;
  • - tomato - 1 pc;
  • - onions - 2 pcs;
  • - cream 35% - 100 ml;
  • - milk - 100 ml;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • - cheese - 50 g;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

With potatoes, do the following: Wash thoroughly and peel. Then chop it into small pieces and place in a saucepan with a little salted water. Place on the stove and cook until cooked through.

Step 2

Remove the finished potatoes from the water and mash until puree. Then add to this mass such ingredients as: butter and egg softened at room temperature. Mix everything thoroughly and add flour there. Knead the dough.

Step 3

Transfer the potato dough to a collapsible baking dish and shape the sides for the future pie. As such, place it in the freezer.

Step 4

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Grind the bell pepper into large pieces, after removing the core, and lightly fry. Finely chop the onions and fry them too, but in another pan. Cut the meat into small cubes and add to the onion. When this mixture is almost ready, season it with salt and add roasted peppers and chopped tomatoes to it. Cook for a few more minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 5

Combine ingredients such as tomato paste, sour cream and milk in a separate bowl. Then add the chicken egg, as well as salt and pepper there. Beat everything thoroughly. Put the filling for the pie on the dough and pour over this tomato mixture.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send the dish into it to bake for about 40 minutes. When about 10 minutes is left until tender, grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the baked goods. Potato dough meat pie is ready!
