It is necessary

    • For the test
    • 2.5-3.5 cups flour;
    • 3 / 4-1 glass of water;
    • 1 egg;
    • 20-30 g of yeast;
    • 100 g butter;
    • 2 teaspoons of sugar;
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    • 400 g minced pork;
    • 1 onion;
    • 100 g of hard cheese;
    • 1/3 cup vegetable or meat broth
    • pepper
    • salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Yeast dough without dough

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour and knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.

Step 2

Mash eggs with sugar and salt. Gently add the egg mixture to the dough and knead it well again.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a water bath and cool it down to 20-30 degrees. Add a little butter to the dough and knead until all the butter is absorbed and the dough stops sticking to the bowl and hands. It shouldn't be too cool.

Step 4

Roll the dough into a ball, place in a warm place and cover with a towel. When it rises and increases in volume by 1, 5-2 times, pound and set to rise again. After the second rise, the cake can be formed.

Step 5

Filling

Chop the onion very finely. Grate the cheese. Add the onion and cheese to the minced meat and stir. Salt the minced meat, pepper, pour the broth into it and mix again. Add the broth gradually. Make sure that the minced meat does not become too runny.

Step 6

Pie

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, do not forget about the edges. Roll about three quarters of the dough into a layer: round or rectangular, depending on which baking dish you have. The dough should not be too thin, otherwise cuts or cracks may appear in the cake.

Step 7

Put the dough in a mold in such a way that its edges rise above the walls by about 1-2 cm. Place the minced meat filling inside and flatten.

Step 8

Roll the remaining dough into a thin layer and cover the cake with it. Pinch the edges well. Pierce the top of the cake with a fork in several places to release steam. Cover the cake with a towel and leave for 20 minutes before placing in the oven.

Step 9

Place the pie in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 170-160 degrees and bake until tender. To check it, pierce the middle of the pie with a wooden skewer. If the skewer remains dry, then the baked goods are ready.

Step 10

Brush the pie with butter, cover with a towel and let sit for about fifteen minutes. You can eat the pie both warm and cold.
