The potatoes are not the filling in this pie, but they are part of the dough. I personally checked: even if you remove its meat component from the recipe, it will not spoil the finished dish in the least. Potato pie will remain delicious and very nutritious.

- 2. Hard cheese, medium fat (Gouda, Cheddar, Parmesan, etc.) - 400 g.
- 3. Ham - 150 g.
- 4. Sour cream (low-fat) - 250 g.
- 5. Flour - 150 g.
- 6. Eggs - 3 pcs.
- 7. Onion - 2 pcs.
- 8. Milk - 1 glass.
- 9. Ground nutmeg (sold at any store in the spice section).
- 10. Salt.
- 11. Pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First, boil the potatoes in their uniforms, cool slightly, peel them and leave to cool completely. Then mash it with a mortar until puree and mix with flour and salt. Important: the amount of flour required for the dough can vary in one direction or another, depending on the amount of liquid contained in the potato. The dough should be firm enough, easy to roll out and not stick to your hands.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes. Fry it on all sides over low heat in butter or vegetable oil.
Step 3
We peel the onion heads from the husk and chop them well. Then, removing the ham from the pan, simmer the chopped onion in the remaining oil for a few minutes (until golden brown).

Three grated cheese. Beat eggs with sour cream and milk separately. Lightly salt and pepper the resulting mixture, add a pinch of nutmeg.
Step 5
Roll out the potato dough on a baking sheet with the formation of a high edge along its entire perimeter.

Mix cheese with onion and ham. Distribute the resulting mixture evenly on the dough and finally fill everything with beaten eggs.
