After that, dilute the yeast in it and leave for five to ten minutes. Then add sugar and six tablespoons of flour there. Mix everything thoroughly, cover with a large warm towel and let stand for another thirty minutes. It is best if you put it in a warm place.

After that, break two eggs into a cup, add a little salt and beat them well with a mixer. Add the beaten eggs to the dough and stir. Now gradually add flour to make a soft dough and knead. Flour is taken in any amount. Add sunflower oil at this time. You need to knead the dough so that it completely sticks off your hands.

After that, cover the baking sheet with pies with a cloth and place on the warm surface of the stove. Leave it on for twenty to twenty-five minutes and let the patties sit well. Then send them to the preheated oven.

Grease hot cakes with butter on top, put on a plate and cover warmly so that they remain soft. Baking from such a dough turns out to be very tasty and does not spoil throughout the week.
