It is necessary

  • - potatoes - 200 g;
  • - flour - 200 g;
  • - egg - 3 pcs.;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 1 tsp;
  • - pork (fillet) - 500 g;
  • - bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - onions - 2 heads;
  • - cream (33-38%) - 100 ml;
  • - milk (2.5%) - 100 ml;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • - hard cheese - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Dough preparation. Peel the potatoes, cut and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, mash the potatoes. Add 1 egg, butter, stir.

Step 2

Pour flour into mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Lay it out in a greased split mold, making bumpers. Place the form with the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Cooking the filling. Peel the seeds from the pepper, cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings. Lightly fry the onions and peppers in vegetable oil.

Step 4

The meat must be washed and cut into small cubes. Combine meat with vegetables, salt, pepper and fry until half cooked. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Combine with meat and vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
