It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - three glasses of flour;
  • - 2 glasses of milk;
  • - a tablespoon of dry yeast;
  • - 100 grams of butter;
  • - 1/2 cup sugar;
  • - two eggs;
  • - a bag of vanillin;
  • - a pinch of salt.
  • For filling:
  • - two glasses of lingonberries;
  • - one glass of sugar (as little as possible);
  • - a tablespoon of starch.

Instructions

Step 1

Take an enamel saucepan, pour milk into it, add sugar and salt and put on fire. Heat the mixture slightly (to about 30 degrees), then remove the pan from heat and add yeast, two glasses of flour. Mix everything well, cover with a towel, put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Melt the butter. Take a pot of dough, add the cooled butter, egg, remaining flour and knead to a thick dough. Place the pan in a warm place, the dough needs to rise twice (this takes about 20-30 minutes).

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet with butter (both vegetable and butter). Sprinkle some flour on the work surface and dump the dough onto it. Divide the dough in half (3: 1).

Slightly remember the larger lump of dough with your hands, then place it on the baking sheet and gently distribute it evenly over the baking sheet with your hands, form the sides.

Step 4

Rinse the lingonberry berries, remove the debris, let dry. Mix them with sugar and starch (starch is necessary so that the lingonberry juice does not leak, but turns into jelly).

Spread the filling over the entire surface of the pie.

Step 5

Remember the remaining dough well, roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of three to four millimeters, then cut it into ribbons one centimeter wide. Place the dough ribbons on top of the spider web filling.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the baking sheet in it. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Cover the finished cake with a towel and leave to cool for 20 minutes, then cut into portions.
