Chinese salad will not only add spice to any side dish, but can rightfully be used as an independent dish. Plus, it's very healthy and low in calories.
It is necessary
- - medium sized sweet peppers;
- - medium onion (sweet);
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of cabbage;
- - 1 medium beet;
- - 1 large carrot;
- - 5 g of sugar;
- - 8 g apple cider vinegar;
- - classic soy sauce;
- - 250 g of beef;
- - seasonings (red pepper, salt, seasonings);
- - greens;
- - sesame oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef, boil it and peel it from films, if any. Cool and cut into small strips.
Step 2
Rinse the Bulgarian pepper, cut into thin strips. Wash carrots and beets, peel and grate on the coarsest grater. Take the required amount of cabbage and chop as thin as possible. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, sauté in a frying pan, and at the end add the chopped clove of garlic to it.
Step 3
Then all the ingredients must be placed in a deep bowl, mixed, add the remaining chopped garlic there, then do not stir. After all this, put onions boiling in oil with all the products - so all the vegetables and meat will be saturated with the aroma of garlic, after 2 minutes, mix the ingredients.
Step 4
Season the salad with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce (to taste), sesame oil, all of the above spices and chopped herbs, mix, serve or send to the refrigerator.
