If you want to add some juicy, vitamin-rich food to the menu, then prepare a Peking cabbage salad. The recipe that will be offered below does not require the purchase of expensive products and is suitable even for those who adhere to Lent. For all its simplicity, a Peking cabbage salad will turn out to be delicious, as it will have an interesting dressing.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of Chinese cabbage;
- - 2 pcs. fresh cucumbers and carrots;
- - ¼ bunch of dill and parsley each, you can use other herbs as desired;
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive mala (people who do not like the specific smell of this product can replace it with sunflower);
- - 1 tbsp. l. pomegranate sauce;
- - For piquancy, it is recommended to add 1/8 of the chili pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Preparing a Chinese cabbage salad is very simple. All vegetables must be washed. Chop the Chinese cabbage into random pieces. It is better to cut a little smaller, so it will be more convenient to eat.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater, some housewives cut them into thin strips and even slices - it's a matter of taste. But it is recommended to grind vegetables in about the same way: either finely or coarsely.
Step 3
Remove the inedible parts from the cucumbers, cut them into not too long strips. Chop the washed greens: parsley, dill or the one you have chosen with a knife. Combine all prepared ingredients in one deep bowl.
Step 4
Now you need to prepare the main component of the Chinese cabbage salad - the dressing. To do this, combine the pomegranate sauce and the selected oil, stir. Add chopped chili to the finished dressing, if desired.

Pour the prepared sauce over the salad, stir and serve. The dish goes well with potatoes and meat.

If you couldn't buy pomegranate sauce, you can replace it with soy sauce. It will turn out delicious too. In general, this salad with Chinese cabbage allows for various dressings. Some people like to add sour cream, some mayonnaise.
