- peppercorns;

- a bunch of lettuce;

- 1 ½ tablespoon of ghee;

- 4 tablespoons of sour cream;

- salt.

First of all, wash, dry with a paper towel, cut the chicken into portions and boil.

Wash, peel and cut onions, carrots, celery and parsley roots. In a separate saucepan, fry the prepared ingredients in ghee.

15 minutes before the chicken is ready, dip finely chopped pickles, peeled, sliced potatoes and fried roots into the broth. Add bay leaves, peppercorns, pour in the brine and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

When serving, put in each plate a piece of chicken, cut into strips of salad, cover with pickle and season with sour cream.

Cucumber pickle baked goods

Cucumber pickle is used not only for savory first and second courses, but also for delicious desserts. If you want to indulge yourself with crumbly baked goods during the fast, you can make tea biscuits with cucumber brine. For him you will need:

- 1 glass of cucumber pickle;

- 1 glass of granulated sugar;

- ½ glass of vegetable oil;

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;

- 4 cups flour.

Cookies for this recipe can also be made with sauerkraut brine or tea leaves.

Knead all the ingredients into a dough. Mix the cucumber pickle with vegetable oil, sift the flour, mix with sugar and soda, pour in the mixture of brine and oil.
