Chicken breast is an excellent product with a high nutritional value and a high content of trace elements, especially iron. The combination of chicken with vegetables improves digestion, and simply pleases with its colorful and appetizing appearance.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of chicken breast;
- - 300 grams of hard cheese;
- - 3 pieces of large tomatoes;
- - 3 cucumbers;
- - 2 pieces of large cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tablespoons of any mayonnaise;
- - 1 tablespoon of mustard;
- - parsley, coarse black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chicken breasts are thoroughly washed and boiled in lightly salted water until tender. Then they cool, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
The cheese is coarsely grated. Garlic is peeled, washed and passed through a special press.
Step 3
Tomatoes and cucumbers are washed in running water. Then the cucumbers are cut into thin strips, put in a deep cup, lightly sprinkled with salt and left for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Each tomato is cut into two parts, then cut into large pieces, salted and, like cucumbers, put in a cool place for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Chicken fillet is combined with tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, garlic is added and gently mixed.
Step 6
The mustard is mixed with mayonnaise until a homogeneous consistency, after which the salad is seasoned with the resulting mass. Sprinkle the prepared salad with chopped parsley on top.
