  • - mint - 2 branches;
  • - leeks - 8 pcs.
  • - rice paper - 4 pcs.
  • For refueling:
  • - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • - olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp;
  • - pepper - to taste.

Step 1

Prepare shrimp. Remember, shrimp, like seafood, requires minimal cooking. Therefore, read on the shrimp packaging which product you purchased. If the delicacy is raw, it has a gray appearance, boiled pink.

Step 2

Most often, the store offers peeled shrimp, cooked in a factory way. Put the frozen shrimp in a colander, pour over with boiling water. After the ice has melted from the seafood, put it in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over the shrimp and boil for 30-40 seconds. Now you can make the shrimp salad.

Wash the cucumber in running water, chop into small strips, put in a bowl.

Rinse and shake off excess liquid from the mint, chop finely, put in a separate container. Peel the cloves of garlic, chop finely, mix with mint. Grind the garlic and mint with a mortar, let the food reveal its aroma. Pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce to the grated products. Season with pepper.
