  • - 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery;
  • - seasoning, soy sauce, salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil buckwheat noodles until soft, discard in a colander, rinse with cold water.

Step 2

Defrost the king prawns, dry, coat with soy sauce, add fish seasoning. Set the shrimp aside while you cook the vegetables.

Step 3

Cut the mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots and celery into cubes.

Step 4

Toast the golden bean sprouts in olive oil, add the pre-cooked green beans, celery, carrots, peppers and mushrooms.

Step 5

Dip the shrimp in boiling water for a minute, they should turn red. Add shrimp to vegetables.
