Instructions
Step 1
We prepare all the ingredients to be on hand.
Step 2
Pour flour and butter cut into pieces on the work surface, mix into crumbs and add ice water. We knead the dough.
Step 3
Put the dough in a muffin or muffin pan, put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Separate the trout (salmon) from the bones and skin, cut into strips.
Step 5
Squeeze the defrosted spinach so that all the water is glass, mix in a bowl with cream, eggs, grated cheese, nutmeg (optional) and salt.
Step 6
We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator. We twist the strips of fish beautifully to get a kind of rose.
Step 7
Put the filling in the molds with the dough, about to the middle. Add a "rose" from the fish, slightly press it in and pour in a little more filling so that it reaches the edges of the molds.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 180C and bake baskets with trout for 50 minutes.
