It is necessary
- - black chocolate - 120 g;
- - strawberries - 200 g;
- - cream 33% - 150 ml;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - instant gelatin - 10 g;
- - biscuit cookies.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn dark chocolate into a homogeneous liquid mass, that is, melt in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Then divide it into two unequal parts and apply the larger one on the surface of the silicone molds in a sufficiently large layer. If you make the layer too thin, then it will be difficult to remove the future strawberry-creamy dessert from the molds. Send the chocolate to the refrigerator to freeze.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dissolve 5 grams of gelatin in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Transfer the berries to a blender along with 50 grams of granulated sugar and chop until smooth. Mix the resulting mass with the dissolved gelatin. Mix everything as it should.
Step 3
Put the strawberry-gelatinous mass in silicone molds with frozen chocolate. Return everything to the refrigerator.
Step 4
After dissolving the remaining gelatin in 2 tablespoons of hot water, mix it with a whipped mixture of cream and granulated sugar. Mix everything properly. Put part of the formed mass on the strawberry.
Step 5
Place the biscuit cookies on the creamy mass and cover it with the remaining preheated cream. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 6
If the chocolate is frozen, melt it first, then cover the top of the baskets with it. Now send the treat to the refrigerator until it's completely frozen.
Step 7
