The classic combination of cottage cheese and strawberries can be prepared in any kind of dessert. Delicious baked goods are obtained by combining fruit with a "basket" cake.

Step 1
Chop the butter with a knife with flour, rub with your hands until crumbs. Mix sour cream with baking powder. When it foams, pour into the dough, knead and form a soft ball. Put in the cold for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, beat the egg, sugar and cottage cheese. To prevent the filling from being too thick, add canned apricot syrup.
Step 3
Roll the chilled dough into a layer, cut out circles of a suitable size and place in molds, press firmly to the sides and bottom. Pierce the bottom with a fork. Put the cream in the baskets, filling them completely. Bake the baskets for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool in molds until warm, then remove and cool completely.
Step 4
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the bag. Cut the strawberries into slices. Pour 1-2 tbsp into the cooled baskets on top of the curd filling. spoons of ready-made jelly. Steal with strawberries and apricot pieces. Pour all fruit and berry decorations from a spoon with jelly and refrigerate until completely solidified.
