- - butter 150 g;
- - sugar 50 g;
- - vanilla sugar 10 g;
- - wheat flour 250 g;

- - pitted cherries 100 g;
- - dark chocolate 70 g;
- For the cream:
- - sugar 50 g;
- - cottage cheese 150 g;
- - sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - starch 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and flour until crumbled. Add the egg, knead the elastic dough. Cover the dough with cling film, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream and starch. Whisk with a blender.
Step 3
Divide the dough into silicone baking dishes. Spread out with your hands to make neat baskets.
Step 4
Place the cherries on the bottom of the baskets. Fill the top with cottage cheese cream. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Sprinkle them on ready-made baskets.
Step 5
To make the baskets more festive, you can decorate them on top with whipped cream, fresh cherries and chocolate. You can also add mint leaves. Thus, the cakes will become solemn and will pleasantly surprise your guests.
