You can cook many different delicious dishes from cottage cheese, including baked goods. If you have special molds, make curd baskets and fill them with delicate orange cream.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 350 g flour;
- - ½ tsp soda;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 orange;
- - 5 tbsp. sour cream;
- - vanillin to taste;
- - sugar or condensed milk to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the butter in a warm room for a couple of hours. When it becomes soft, you can start making curd baskets. Mix a pack of cottage cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pour in 1 egg. Stir with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Step 2
Pour the baking soda into the flour and knead the curd dough. It should be soft and pliable. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Prepare the filling for the curd baskets. To do this, peel the orange, while removing all the white films from the slices. Cut the orange into small pieces.
Step 4
Stir the second pack of cottage cheese with sour cream, add sugar and vanillin. You can replace sugar with condensed milk, but in this case its amount must be strictly controlled, otherwise the filling for curd baskets will be liquid, and the baked goods will turn out wet. Add the orange slices last and stir gently.
Step 5
Take out the chilled curd dough, roll it into a thin layer (1.5 mm). Grease the bottom of the molds with butter and lay in the dough. Place the orange curd filling on the dough. And put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake cottage cheese baskets for 25-30 minutes.
