The baskets are a very tasty cake, the taste of which is familiar to everyone from childhood. The baskets are prepared very easily, so any housewife can please her family and friends.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 300 g flour;
- - 3 yolks;
- - 200 g margarine;
- - 100 g of granulated sugar;
- - 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
- For the cream:
- - 4th table. spoons of sour cream;
- - 3rd table. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 100 ml cream from a spray can;
- - red currant berries;
- - fresh fruits or berries.
Instructions
Step 1
From margarine or butter, wheat flour, three yolks, granulated sugar and sour cream, knead a tough dough, cover it with a towel or napkin and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Then take out the dough and gently roll it out on a table, previously sprinkled with flour, into a layer 0.5 cm thick.
Step 3
For the cream, mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, put on fire and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Then cool the cream and rub until smooth with 100 g of butter.
Step 4
Put the finished cream in baskets. Top with pieces of fruit or fresh berries. Decorate the top of the baskets with spray cream.
