  • - 0.4 kg of pork pulp;
  • - a few cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - finely ground black pepper;

  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

The meat must be cut across the fibers into elongated thin strips, up to 1 cm thick. Then beat it off with a kitchen hammer on both sides to make it thin. Rub salt and pepper into meat strips.

Step 2

Pour flour into a flat plate, beat the egg separately in another bowl and dip the chops, first of all in the flour, and then in the egg.

Step 3

Add vegetable oil to the pan and heat to a high temperature, only then fry all the pieces.

Step 4

Since the pork is beaten, it cooks very quickly, so fry in a pan only until the eggs are ready on both sides.

Step 5

Grease the still hot pieces with mayonnaise and sprinkle with pre-chopped fresh herbs and garlic, then wrap them in rolls, securing them with a skewer at the end, or wrap them with green onions.

Put the finished meat rolls on a dish. Serve brizol with a side dish of rice, vegetables (fresh and baked), potatoes.
