It is necessary

  • - 250 g mascarpone
  • - 200-250 g of cottage cheese
  • - 100-150 ml cream
  • - 90 g of each chocolate: milk and white
  • - 200 g raspberries
  • - 1 teaspoon of gelatin
  • - 2 tbsp. l. icing sugar

Instructions

Step 1

The first thing you need to do is melt the chocolate. To do this, prepare 2 bowls (for milk and white chocolate), and put a saucepan with water on the oven. Break the chocolate into a bowl and place in a saucepan. If you have a steamer, it's best to use it, but if not, a water bath will melt the chocolate just fine.

Step 2

Mash the curd with a fork and add the mascarpone, then add the icing sugar and mix everything. Prepare the berries. If they are frozen, defrost them beforehand and wash them. Grind them in a blender until puree.

Step 3

Heat the cream and pour the gelatin into it, make sure it melts. Then let the cream cool. Stir in the cream and curd. In the meantime, grease the molds with chocolate, put them in the refrigerator for 5 minutes (do this one more time). Do the same with white chocolate.

Step 4

After you have mixed the curd mass with the cream, divide the mixture into 2 parts. Add raspberry puree to one of them. Fill the molds with a light mixture and then with raspberry. You can grease the top with chocolate (if you still have it).

Step 5

Put the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, but you can put everything in the freezer for 10 minutes (you decide, in fact, there is no difference, unless you save time). Remove the soufflé from the refrigerator and carefully turn it out of the molds. All is ready! You can invite everyone to the table!
