It is necessary
- For base and loose crumbs:
- - 160 gr. flour;
- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - 50 gr. chopped almonds;
- - 110 gr. butter.
- - 100 coconut flakes.
- For the berry layer cream:
- - 500 gr. curd cheese;
- - 130 gr. Sahara;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a teaspoon of almond extract;
- - 2 tablespoons of flour;
- - 300 gr. raspberry jam or jam.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and chopped almonds. Add pieces of butter.

Step 2
We turn the ingredients with a fork into crumbs. 70-80 gr. remove to the side. Put the rest in a mold (33 by 23 cm) and bake at a temperature of 175C for 12-15 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the curd cheese and sugar with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time.

Finally, pour in the almond extract and add 2 tablespoons of flour, beat until smooth.

Pour the cream over the base and smooth. We bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Mix the crumb for sprinkling with coconut and distribute evenly over the cake.
