There is a microwave oven in almost every kitchen, but most use it only to heat ready-made meals. However, you can use it to prepare a couple of quick and original desserts.
Baked apples with dried fruits
You will need:
- apples 3-4 pcs.;
- any dried fruits - raisins, dried apricots, prunes - 100 g.
Pour boiling water over dried fruits in advance so that they swell and become soft (raisins for 30-40 minutes, the rest for 2-3 hours). From apples, carefully remove the middle from the side of the stalk. This can be done with a knife or a teaspoon. We put them in a dish that is suitable for use in a microwave oven.
Cut the dried fruits into small pieces and fill the apple with them. We bake in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at full power. Cooking time depends on the size of the apple. If you don't find dried fruits at hand, you can bake apples with honey - 1-2 tsp each. for each fruit.
Curd pudding
You will need:
- cottage cheese - 1/2 pack;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sugar 1 tbsp;
- semolina - 1 tbsp. without a slide;
- salt and vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
- lemon juice 2-3 drops;
- syrup, jam, jam - for decoration.
Beat the egg into a deep bowl and grind it with sugar. Add salt, sugar, vanillin and lemon juice to it, mix. Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and stir until smooth. Pour the semolina and mix thoroughly again. We transfer the resulting mass to a baking dish (molds, trays, container), which is suitable for a microwave, and place it in the oven. We bake at full power for 3 minutes. Without opening the door, leave the pudding for 2 minutes and bake it for more. Sprinkle with jam before serving.
Hot chocolate
You will need:
- sugar - 1 tablespoon with a slide;
- cocoa powder - 2 tsp;
- milk - 200 g.
Mix sugar and cocoa, add 3 tbsp. milk, mix and put in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. The mixture should almost boil. Add the remaining milk, mix and heat again. Serve extremely hot.
