An omelet is a very good option for a hearty and nutritious breakfast. But you don't always want to stand at the stove in the morning. If you have a microwave in your home, you can quickly make an omelet in it. But how can you do this if you are used to using the microwave only for heating food?
It is necessary
- - chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - milk of any fat content - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - sausage - 100 g (you can use bacon, brisket or bacon);
- - sunflower oil - 1 tsp;
- - fresh parsley - 2-3 sprigs;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - heat-resistant glass, ceramic or silicone mold.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork or whisk. Add milk and stir with eggs until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the sausage (or other meat product) into small cubes or thin strips, and then transfer it to the egg-milk mass. Add black pepper to taste, salt and sunflower oil. Mix everything together again.
Step 3
Rinse the parsley sprigs under running water, dry them from moisture and chop. After that, pour the egg-milk mass with the sausage into a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle with parsley on top.
Step 4
Send the workpiece to the microwave and set the maximum power (as a rule, it varies from 750 to 900 degrees, depending on the type of equipment). Set the cooking time to 2.5 minutes and press the "Start" button (the time is calculated from the fact that an average of 40 seconds per 1 egg).
Step 5
When the stove signals the end of the program, the form can be taken out. Transfer the finished omelet to a plate and serve immediately while it is hot. Top it with ketchup, if desired, and serve with butter-spread bread.
