Step 1
Take the eggplant, wash it on all sides so that the skin becomes clean. Next, place the vegetable on a microwave-safe plate. Use a thin knife or fork to puncture the surface in 5-7 places. This must be done in order for the vegetable to bake better inside.
Step 2
Place the eggplants in the microwave, set the power to 820-850W and cook until the vegetable is tender. Cooking time depends on the density of the vegetable. Periodically, you should check the degree of cooking of the eggplant by piercing the vegetable with a knife.
Step 3
When the eggplants are completely soft, place the vegetable on a plate and wait until it cools completely. Then you need to carefully remove the skin and cut the vegetable into small pieces.
Step 4
Add finely chopped garlic, oil, pepper, chopped parsley and dill to the eggplants. Sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice and soy sauce on top. Stir with a wooden spatula. Wait a little until the mixture is completely saturated.
Step 5
Wash the tomatoes. Cut into plates 5-7 mm thick. Place the tomato slices on a platter and place the eggplant on top using a teaspoon. At the end of cooking, do not forget to sprinkle each circle with sesame seeds, which should first be fried in a dry frying pan without oil.
