Often mothers puzzle over what to cook for their baby when he is already eating "from the common table." However, all products from the adult menu are not yet available for a preschooler. Therefore, here is a simple and healthy pudding recipe.
It is necessary
- oatmeal or multigrain flakes
- - eggs - 2 pcs.
- - milk - 4 tablespoons
- - raisins - 2 tablespoons
- -apple - 1 pc. (small)
- flour - 1 tablespoon
- -sugar and salt - to taste
- -butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the raisins and flakes to make a thick porridge.
It is possible to soak the raisins separately - then drain the water from them before adding them to the flakes.
Step 3
Cut the apple into small cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Combine cereal, apple, and carrot.
Step 5
Add flour, milk, egg yolks, sugar and salt to the resulting porridge.
Step 6
Beat the whites into a strong foam (it will take at least 5-7 minutes) and gently add to the porridge.
Step 7
Grease the molds with butter and fill with the resulting mixture.
You can use portioned silicone bear molds (you can see them in the photo).
Step 8
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
