For a light and healthy dinner that can be prepared quickly in a multicooker, you can choose a combination of fish, vegetables and rice.
You can choose both red and white fish, it will be steamed, so in any case it will not boil down and will be juicy. Previously, 20-30 minutes before the start of cooking, the fish should be cut into steaks, sprinkled with spices. The classic combination of spices: salt, black pepper, paprika. Sprinkle the steaks with the juice of half a lemon.
While the fish steaks are marinating, you need to prepare the rice, just rinse it well. You can also choose any rice.
Pour washed rice into a clean bowl of the multicooker and pour water in such a volume: 1 part of rice, 2, 5 parts of water and another glass of water for steam intensity, the water needs to be salted. Next, it is worth installing a grate in a multicooker and putting the marinated fish on it. You can add vegetables: carrots, eggplant or broccoli.
The multicooker should be turned on in the "Steam cooking" mode for 30-35 minutes, during which time rice will be cooked in the multicooker bowl and vegetables with fish steaks will be cooked on the grill.
