Red fish is very picky, but this recipe makes it juicy, soft and satisfying. The dish is not ashamed to be served at the festive table, but a minimum of effort and time is spent.

- - red fish - 500 g;
- - onions - 1 large head;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - hard cheese - 1 glass (already grated);
- - tomato - 1 - 2 pcs.;
- - sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- - mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
- - seasoning for fish to taste;
- - salt to taste;
- - pepper to taste;
- - fresh dill - 1 bunch.

The fish must be cleaned, washed well, salt, and seasoning for the fish can be added if desired. To save time, you can buy ready-made fillets, which you just need to rinse under running cool water. Boil the rice in the usual way, also add a little salt.

Put prepared fish in a baking dish, previously greased with butter, put rice on top.

After that, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings. In a separate bowl, mix carrots, onions, sour cream, mayonnaise and put everything on the rice. Then a layer of sliced tomato and a final layer of grated cheese.

The dish is baked in an oven preheated to 150 degrees, about 35 - 40 minutes. To finish cooking, sprinkle with chopped dill, which will give the dish a unique smell, and let it brew in the oven for another 10 minutes.
