- soft cheese - 400 g;
- tomatoes - 8 pcs;
- eggs - 4 pcs;
- cucumber - 300 g;
- green onions - a bunch;
- garlic;
- mayonnaise - 300 g;

Step 1
Prepare the tomatoes by making a cruciform cut in each. Then remove all the pulp from them using a teaspoon.

Boil the eggs and cut them into small cubes with a knife. Chop the cucumber into pieces. Use a medium-sized grater to grate the cheese. Combine eggs with peeled and chopped cucumber, grated cheese, mayonnaise, and minced garlic.
Step 3
Fill the tomatoes with the cooked filling. Use a small knife to make cuts on the side of the tomatoes that has not yet been cut. Insert a green onion feather into the resulting holes. Lay out the resulting tulips on a beautiful platter. The salad can be considered ready.
