It is necessary
- - yellow and red tomatoes of medium size (3-7 pcs.);
- - lightly salted herring (1 can);
- –Quail eggs (4-7 pcs.);
- –Processed cheese (2 packs);
- –Parsley or cilantro (1-2 bunches).
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to form the tulip buds. To do this, take tomatoes and cut off the top by no more than 5 mm. Gently remove the pulp with a small spoon. Along the edge, make cuts with a knife to simulate the edges of the tulip buds.
Step 2
Remove the pits from the herring. If you do not want to mess around with cutting fish for a long time, then you can immediately purchase fillets. Grind the fish into very small pieces to a mushy consistency. Add chopped eggs and melted cheese, then stir.
Step 3
Fill each tomato "tulip" with the resulting filling, put yellow and red tomatoes on a plate in turn. Arrange parsley sprigs in the form of petals around the impromptu flowers.
